Kwamwena Valley

Kwamwena Valley is located 4 kilometres off the Great East Road Munali roundabout and is a joint venture between MPDC and Galaunia Farms Limited. The on-going project was started in 2007 and is made up of over 7,000 medium cost residential plots ranging in size from 400 to 600 square meters.

A good proportion of the development has been set aside for social amenities such as schools, business premises, markets, medical centres, parks and recreational areas. Plots for these amenities are available for purchase.
